RUNNING & CYCLING CLUBS

These first aid courses are tailored specifically for Cycling and Running Clubs to provide participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage a first aid incident when out on the road, whether you're exercising for health and fitness or training for a competition.

We offer two types of courses depending on the specific requirements for your role within your club or organisation. We recommend you check which course is for you. This may include checking with your insurance company if this is applicable.
