Wimbledon First Aid is running and booking courses. We have online training available and we are happy to deliver essential training. Additional hygiene and social distancing measures have been implemented in accordance with government guidelines.

Please contact us for details:

We teach a wide range of First Aid courses for all groups, including families, schools, medical practices, dental practices, child care, fitness and sports clubs — either at your location or at our venue in Wimbledon.

We are happy to travel all over London, Surrey and beyond. We love to train!

All courses are tailored to each group’s requirements, and not just ‘one size fits all’. We work with clients to ensure they receive the most suitable training based on their specific needs and requirements.

We always endeavour to understand your group so you get the training you want.

Wimbledon First Aid Training is approved to deliver accredited courses through the First Aid Industry Body - FAIB (Centre Number: 04/20 (809). Our accredited courses comply with the Health & Safety Executive syllabus and adhere to the Resuscitation Council (UK) guidelines.

We are always happy to discuss needs and course content so that you receive the training you want. Get in touch if you're unsure about what is the best course for you or your group.

BSc (Nursing), MHSc (University of Toronto)

Founder and Training Manager

I have been teaching BLS/ First Aid courses since March 2017 and also work as an Emergency Medical Responder at a variety of sporting and community events. I love teaching courses to a wide variety of groups and recognise the critical need for more people to gain these essential skills, so they are equipped to help members of their family, members of the public and those in their workplace.

I qualified as an RGN at Newcastle Upon Tyne School of Nursing and further qualified as an RSCN (paediatric qualification) at Birmingham Children’s Hospital, Queen Elizabeth School of Nursing. I have worked at major teaching hospitals in Newcastle, Birmingham, London and at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. I also spent time working in cancer research and as a consultant in community & public health for the Toronto District Health Council & The University of Toronto.

My goal when delivering any training, is to ensure everyone feels confident and empowered to help anyone who needs assistance.

“How brilliant at her job Jen is. She made it pithy, funny and yet grounded in the gravitas of such a situation… pitch perfect. I know the others felt the same way – they can be a hard bunch to please!”

Julie, GP Admin, London

“Everyone thought the course was excellent. It was great to have a cyclist/nurse as all the discussion were tailor to our situation. Very high standard training; Jen was fantastic.”

“The course was excellent and Jen was lovely, reassuring and knew her stuff inside out. We came away feeling as confident as we are ever going to be. One of the best courses I’ve ever attended.”

Elizabeth, Cyclist, Wimbledon

“Jen lead one of the best courses I have ever attended. Concise, informative and thorough without labouring the points. Highly recommended!”
